190 O.KÄLMÄN — C. HUNDERMARK- N. JAPHIASVILI — B. KOZMA — J. SAAD key problems and challenges of university teachers and students in group work. Based on the inputs, the collaborative student team developed a content table and an organisational structure for the guide. By distributing the tasks amongst themselves, group members progressed with the help of regular joint reflection with faculty and the students from the other project group who were considering an alternative project. The first version of the guide was thoroughly examined by the teachers and feedback was added by Bori. Assessment and finishing the course included refinement of the guide and new goals for disseminating the project product. In my mind I was running through all these that I had heard from Orsi before, while holding and turning over the end product, A Guide for University Teachers to Enhance the Effectiveness of Group Work (Japiashvili, Irfan and Hundermark 2021) in my hands. I looked at Nata. “How did you feel when you had to present the guide?” “This, I believe, was the most exciting part” — she said. “We got a chance to put our guide into the hands of those who were to use it! After the course, extensive planning was initiated together with Bori for two events for dissemination at Semmelweis. One of the occasions was a capacity building event, called Eduldea’™. “This was not part of the plan originally” Bori chipped in “but seeing the outstanding quality of the guidebook, I had realised, that — since guidelines, protocols, algorithms are so integrated part of our practice in healthcare — it is also an important and valuable skill for our practitioners to learn how to create one professionally. Therefore, I asked the team to present it as a good practice, with the title „How to create a guide?”.” “We had not thought of this aspect before but found it really interesting” confirmed Orsi nodding enthusiastically “and we agreed to it without further ado, because we were happy to raise the guidebook to the level of multipurpose usefulness. Ihe second occasion" she continued "was a workshop about how to gather ideas and actually implement the guide for utilising group work more effectively. "There were matters around preparing for the two dissemination events, defining and understanding the expectations, previous practices related to the events, 4 A regular programme where academics have 15 minutes to share good practice in teaching (https://semmelweis.hu/oktatasmodszertan/oktatasi-segedanyagok/ oktatastamogatas-esemenyek/oktatoi-kozosseg/eduidea/) 5 See: program on 30th April 2021 (https://semmelweis.hu/oktatasmodszertan/ oktatasi-segedanyagok/oktatastamogatas-esemenyek/oktatoi-kozosseg/eduidea/) 26 An invitation card was carefully designed by the team and disseminated by Bori on various platforms of the teaching and learning centre.
