An offering which the King gives (to) Osiris Foremost of the West, Wenennefer Ruler of
the Silent Land: Ré'‘ rises through love of you, you who awake, uninjured, rejoicing! When
the sun goes to rest in the Mountain of the West, the Lords of the Netherworld are in
adoration because of your enjoyment, Ré ‘comes to rest on your behalf, for you are justi¬
fied! I have come to you, because I am a righteous one. Let me be your praised one, I shall
perform ma’at for you, [?] because you love her and falsehood is your abomination! (Said)
by the Osiris, one who is greatly praised by the Good God. the King’s scribe, the royal
butler (wb3 nswt), pure of hands, the chief physician of the Lord of the Two Lands, Neb¬
merutef, justified.
