Az alábbi tanulmányban a szerző áttekinti a mentorálás és a mentorképzés helyzetét a nemzetközi térben és a hazai köznevelésben, illetve pedagógusképzésben, valamint a mentorképzést és a mentorok tanulását meghatározó tényezőket. Végül bemutatja a mentorképzési programok tartalmait, a képzőhelyek által alkalmazott tanulásszervezési megoldásokat és a képzés által közvetített mentori szerepet, szerepfelfogást. Kulcsszavak: mentorálás / mentorképzés / mentorképzési programok elemzése By the turn of the millennium, mentoring has become a crucial element in almost every teacher training system, thus the role of mentors and their professional training have gained importance. In this study, the author reviews the situation of mentoring and mentor training internationally and in Hungarian public education, as well as in teacher training, identifying factors that define mentor training and mentor learning. Finally, the author presents the content of mentor training programs, solutions for organising learning as applied by training institutions, and the role of mentors and its perception conveyed by the training.
