ABOUT THE AUTHORS ——o— Dr. Yasmin Aksu, PhD (German philology), Ruhr University Bochum. Publications on conversation analytic research in several journals and on different formats of work related helping professions. Now based in Berlin, she offers workshops to share her research results with counseling. Noah A. Artner, MA Psychotherapist, supervisor, organizational developer. Self-employed in private practice (supervision, psychotherapy, organizational development), psychotherapist in a mental hospital. Prof. Dr. Frank Austermann, Hochschule Hannover, University of Applied Sciences and Arts, supervisor (DGSv), board member of the German Association of Supervision and Coaching. (DGSv). Dr. Dirk Bayas-Linke, founder and CEO of 3-o-consulting, multidimensional organizational consulting, supervision (DGSv) and professional leadership of the Master programs in Supervision & Coaching and Master in Organization Development at Schloss Hofen, Austria. Focus areas of consulting: reflection and strategy consulting, change consulting, Leadership development. Maja Drazic, Educational Sciences at the University of Bologna, Italy. There she worked for seven years as a Social Educator in different educational contexts. Currently she is finishing her master study in Supervision, Individual and Organization Counselling at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and works mainly as a freelance consultant within the field of planning, implementing and evaluation of international cooperation development projects.
