main intellectual circle of Argentina. A promoter of international cultural
relations, he created with his wife a salon that gathers conspicuous figures
of culture and diplomacy. Since 2016 he has been Argentine Ambassador to
Hungary, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
HERNANDEZ TOLEDO, Sebastian
Student of the PhD Program in History, El Colegio de México. Master in His¬
tory of the Pontificia Universidad Catélica de Chile. His research focuses on
the areas of cultural and intellectual history, specifically the trajectory and
dissemination of cultural policies in Chile at the beginning of the 20" cen¬
tury. Among his publications are: “Apristas en Chile: circuitos intelectuales
y redes politicas durante los afios de 1930” (2014); “Difusién de la lectura
e internacionalizaciön del conocimiento en la Biblioteca Nacional de Chile
(1900-1925)” (2016).
Estudiante del Programa de Doctorado en Historia, El Colegio de Mexico.

en las areas de la historia cultural e intelectual, especificamente la trayectoria
y difusiön de las politicas culturales en el Chile de comienzos del siglo XX.
