- A kötet ismerteti a pszichoterápiás intézményrendszer újjáéledését, illetve kialakulását a magyarországi államszocializmusban. A legfontosabb források: a terapeutákkal készült, félig strukturált interjúk, amelyek a karrierre és a szakma történetére, a rendszer és a szakma kapcsolatára, valamint a személyes hivatástörténetre, benne a családi háttérre fókuszálnak. Az interjúkon kívül levéltári dokumentumok, visszaemlékezések és korabeli sajtótermékek anyagai segítik annak megismerését, milyen volt a szakma a Kádár-korszak hétköznapjaiban.
- Summary (EN)
- The monograph describes the revival and/or emergence of psychotherapeutic institutions in the Hungarian socialist regime. The main sources are semi-structured interviews with psychotherapists, focusing on the carreer and professional history, the relationship between the regime and the profession, and their persional professional history, including their family background. In addition to the interviews, archival documents, memoires and contemporary press material help to understand what this profession was like in the everyday life of the Kádár era.
