Gillham is convinced of the identification and subseguent support of adolescents’ strengths, as it contributes to their well-being, increased assertiveness and resilience, as evidenced by the growing growth of adolescents’ good human relationships, the search for meaning and the fulfilment of real dreams (Gillham et al., 2011; in Taher, 2016).
