THE RENEWAL OF MONGOLIAN BUDDHIST TERMINOLOGY follow the exchange of Sanskrit terms for Mongolian ones. Based on the translations of Tibetan terms Mongolian authors gradually shaped the special words into their language. The translated phrases are disparate but the meaning is usually similar and the elimination of foreign words made the understanding of the texts much easier.
