Giving to the TCCPSC the attributions of the Parliament means that one branch of government took the powers of another branch. THE EVALUATION AND TERMINATION ATTRIBUTIONS OF THE TCCPSC Exercising its “evaluation” and "termination" attributions, the TCCPSC ceased 29 out of the 31 authorities. Table 1 lists these authorities and the branches of government they belonged to. Yet, the TCCPSC did not evaluate the head of the Office of the Comptroller General (Contraloria General del Estado). The relevance of this omission is that the Comptroller General was an “ally” of President Moreno.?
